According to recent reports by the New Jersey Journal, a warrant has been ssued for rapper Joe Budden' s arrest for failure to pay child support. According to New Jersey city officials, Budden owes nearly $13,000 in child support, which authorities learned after a routine sweep of what they called "deadbeat dads." This is not the first time Budden has been reported to have failed to pay child support. He was arrested in 2009 for the same offense scheduled to release his newest album Mood Muzik 4: A Turn for the Worst.
