Rapper Yo Gotti is one of eleven people wanted in connection with a shooting outside of a Memphis, Tennessee nightclub.
Police report that Mario Mims a.k.a. Yo Gotti was at the Level II nightclub on November 29 when he got into a verbal altercation with Lance Taylor a.k.a. rapper OG Boo Dirty.
A third man reportedly got involved, and Boo Dirty struck him resulting in a fight that left six people shot.
Memphis news station WREG reports that three were struck in the buttocks, one in the wrist and one in the shoulder.
The sixth victim was an off-duty security guard, who was standing about 40 yards from the melee.
Gotti's attorney Art Horne has released a statement on his client saying,
“He just wanted his fans and the public to know that...he doesn't condone that type of behavior, and that again, he plans to deal with the charges that have been filed against him.”
He also adds that the rapper is currently out of town.
"Once he comes back and deals with the allegations, I think his name will be cleared."
