Biography
Hailing from the Southside of Chicago, Tony Cartel is an artist who's sincere love for producing quality Hip-Hop is exhibited through each track. Tony Cartel embraces the opportunity to allow his music to tell his story. Following in the footsteps of fellow classmate, and Grammy Award winner Lupe Fiasco, he is determined to not be a product of his environment but rather an example for all those who are similarly striving to "make something out of nothing." Tony Cartel's lyrical talent and supreme delivery are showcased on his forthcoming debut mixtape, "Tha Takeover," (Summer '12). The young artist promises a solid project, which features his personal Hip-Hop style of Sophisticated Trap Music.
